As a person of profound faith, there should be no issues with this. Christians are consumed with the truth and what that truth brings, despite the circumstances. From a political-religious perspective, speaking to foreign heads of state to achieve clarity is a noble and virtuous action. In the book of Acts, the apostles spent a great deal of their ministry standing before the very people or nations that were persecuting them, the scriptures direct this of us: “But I say to you who hear, Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, pray for those who abuse you” (Luke 6:27–28). How can you love someone if you refuse to speak with them? There is nothing wrong with this and Christians around America should not fall prey to the corporate media that is attempting to demonize Tucker for doing so. Remember, the truth is life-changing, mind-altering, and painful.
O, God, you have made of one blood all the peoples of the earth,
and sent your blessed Son to preach peace to those who are far
off and to those who are near: Grant that people everywhere
may seek after you and find you; bring the nations into your
fold; pour out your Spirit upon all flesh; and hasten the coming
of your kingdom; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
